The Putnam Police Department in partnership with the Putnam Business Association and Putnam PRIDE will officially kick off their Safe Neighborhood initiative on February 24th, 2010 at the Cumberland Farms located at the intersection of Woodstock Avenue and Providence Street in Putnam CT at 11am.
