Putnam, CT, May 26, 2010 … Four art galleries in Putnam have teamed up to host a summer Downtown Gallery Stroll series. These events offer an opportunity to view and purchase the work of local and regional artists, plus enjoy demonstrations, an opportunity to meet the artists, live entertainment and hands-on activities for all ages. The four galleries are all within easy walking distance of each other and near free, convenient parking and numerous dining options. The first Gallery Stroll will be held on Saturday, June 19th from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. with a full schedule of activities among the four galleries. ...
